Travel Visa Support
Essential entry requirements and visa support for the Baltic region
Schengen Area
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Poland are all members of the Schengen Agreement. This means that if you have a valid visa for one Schengen country, you can generally travel freely between them without further border checks.
Visa Support Documents
Baltic Tours provides travel visa support documents free of charge once you book a tour with us. These documents are intended to assist you with your visa application.
To prepare the visa support documents, we require a copy of your passport's photo page. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the tour end date.
Passport Submission
After your booking is confirmed, a Baltic Tours assistant will request that you email a copy of your passport to [email protected].
Please use the email subject line: Your First Name and Last Name.
Important Notes
Please note that visa support documents are not the visa itself. Travel visas are issued by your local Embassy or Consulate, and fees apply according to the local price list.
Before traveling, ensure your passport contains at least one blank page for entry stamps. Some countries may require two blank pages.
Visa regulations can change. Baltic Tours provides this information as a guide only. It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they have the correct documentation for entry.

ETIAS (Upcoming)
Please note that the European Union is implementing the ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System). While not a visa, it will be a mandatory pre-travel authorization for visa-exempt travelers. Please check the official EU website for the latest implementation dates.
