After your tour is confirmed, please choose payment method and proceed with payment according to instructions bellow.
Option I: Payment by credit card
Copy of credit card both sides + copy of passport + agreement to charge certain amount for certain tour has to be sent to incoming@baltictours.com or fax +37052126767. For credit card pocessing our bank charges 2% of total amount.

Tour payment schedule
20% deposit in 10 days after tour is confirmed
80% final payment 45 days before tour start day
If less than 45 days left – 100 % in 3 days after tour is confirmed
Tour cancellation conditions
For cancellation made 31–15 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% basic tour costs is charged, for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival – 75% of the basic tour price, for “no show” – 100% of the basic tour price.
